There is Only Presence
What else are we truly
but our feelings and our sensations?
Everything else is just a story we tell ourselves,
a story we tell others,
a game,
a mask we wear to hide our inner self,
an armor protecting us from the world.
Only stories need a formula.
Only games need rules.
Masks are only fun for parties or plays.
Armor is only needed in war.
Open yourself,
be what you feel.
